Season 1949–50 was the 73rd season in which Dumbarton competed at a Scottish national level, entering the Scottish Football League for the 44th time, the Scottish Cup for the 55th time and the Scottish League Cup for the 4th time. == Overview == If the 1948-49 league campaign was a disappointment, this season was to prove even worse, with just 16 points being won and a 15th-place finish - a distant 31 behind champions Morton. In the Scottish Cup, Dumbarton lost out in the second round to Stirling Albion, after two drawn games. The League Cup sectional games were no more successful, finishing 3rd of 4, with two wins and a draw being taken from their 6 games. The Supplementary Cup again saw a first round exit, this time to Stenhousemuir. In the Stirlingshire Cup, Alloa were to prove too strong for Dumbarton in their first round clash. Finally, two 'benefit' matches were played against strong Rangers and Clyde sides, resulting in wins in both cases. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「1949–50 Dumbarton F.C. season」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
